Description

Learning outcomes: Be able to interpret and calculate common measures used in medical research: odds ratio, relative risk, incidence, prevalence, positive, negative predictive value. Understand which statistical test should be used to detect statistical significance, and why it is used over other methods (Parametric and nonparametric methods). Understand the concept and determinants of statistical power.
