This session is provided by CaReMe UK – a partnership between the British Cardiovascular Society, Association of British Clinical Diabetologists, British Society for Heart Failure, UK Kidney Association, Primary Care Cardiovascular Society and Primary Care Diabetes & Obesity Society. In this live MDT, cases demonstrating the interplay between cardiovascular, renal and metabolic disorders will be discussed with a panel of experts. This session is designed for trainees, specialist nurses, pharmacists, and general cardiologists.
